About Pawdelou

Pawdelou builds gear for one specific five minutes of the day: the bit between the front door and the couch, after a walk, when the dog is wet and the floor is not.

Who we are

Pawdelou is a small independent shop registered in Laval, Québec, Canada, started in 2026. We ship to Canada and the United States. There is no call centre and no chatbot — messages go to a person, and that person answers within one business day.

What we actually sell

Four tools and one balm, all aimed at the same job. The Reset Mat traps mud and water at the door. The Reset Robe pulls water out of a wet coat so your dog isn’t drying itself on your sofa. The Petting Glove lifts loose hair and surface dirt while feeling like being petted. The Paw Balm is for pads that have been on salt, sand or hot pavement. The Reset Jet is the outdoor option, for a hose and a driveway.

We didn’t invent any of these categories. We chose specific versions of them, priced them plainly, and wrote down what they can’t do as clearly as what they can.

How the products get to you

Our products are made by manufacturing partners overseas and shipped directly to you with tracking, which usually takes 8–10 days. We say that up front rather than promising two-day delivery we can’t provide. If that timeline doesn’t work for you, please don’t order — we’d rather lose the sale than have you wait on something you needed yesterday.

What we don’t claim

We have no customer reviews yet. Pawdelou launched in 2026 and nobody has left us a public review, so we don’t print a star rating — not a borrowed one, not an averaged one, not one lifted from a supplier’s listing. When real reviews exist, they’ll appear, good ones and bad ones.

Our products clean visible dirt and refresh coats. They are not medical, veterinary or therapeutic products, and nothing here replaces a bath or a vet.

If it doesn’t work out
