1. The Reset Mat — stops it at the threshold

Thousands of chenille "noodles" stand up off the backing, so paws sink in and the fibres wick water and grit off every side of the pad instead of just blotting the bottom.

• Fabric: chenille — soft microfibre noodle pile, roughly 3 cm / 1.2 in deep
• Colour: grey
• Backing: non-slip, so it stays put when a 30 kg dog changes direction on it
• Care: machine washable, tumble dry low

2. The Reset Robe — dries the rest of the dog

Super-absorbent microfiber fleece pulls the wet out of the coat instead of letting it air-dry onto your furniture. Adjustable straps at the collar and belly keep it on through zoomies. Forest green with orange piping. Choose your dog's size at the top of this page.

Measure the back from collar to tail base and size up if between sizes.

3. The Petting Glove — takes the hair off

A dual-sided grooming mitt. One face is a textured black mesh that lifts loose fur and dried dirt out of the coat. The other is a soft grey microfiber pad that wipes away moisture and surface mess. Slip your hand under the elastic band and pet the dog — that's the whole technique.

What this kit will not do

We would rather you knew before you ordered.

• It does not dissolve sidewalk salt or caked-on mud. None of these three is a cleanser. They lift water, loose dirt and shed fur. Salt crusted between the pads needs water and a wipe.
• Our No-Rinse Paw Foam does not ship to Canada. Our supplier cannot deliver it here, so we do not sell it here. If you are in Canada and you need a cleanser, buy one locally.
• It does not replace a bath. This is a between-walks kit, not a grooming kit.
• The Glove is not a de-shedding rake. It lifts loose surface hair. It will not strip an undercoat.
• The Mat needs washing. It holds the water and the dirt — that is the point. Every week or two, in the machine.
