Shipping to Canada and the United States

Pawdelou ships eligible products to customers in Canada and the United States. Product availability can vary by destination, and the final currency, shipping charge and order total are shown before payment.

Canada

• Standard tracked shipping: C$6.95 for orders below C$30.00.
• Free tracked shipping: orders of C$30.00 or more.
• Estimated total delivery time: 6–12 business days.

United States

• Shipping cost: calculated by destination and shown in USD before payment.
• Free-shipping threshold: the current USD equivalent of C$30.00 is displayed at checkout.
• Estimated total delivery time: 7–11 business days.

Tracking and split shipments

Tracking is emailed when the carrier record is created. Products may be fulfilled by different supplier or logistics partners and can arrive in separate parcels. Customers are not charged more than the shipping total accepted at checkout.

Address changes and delivery problems

Email support@pawdelou.com as soon as possible and include the order number. Carrier estimates are not guarantees. If tracking indicates that a parcel is lost, contact us so we can investigate and provide the appropriate replacement or refund.
