30-day returns

If a Pawdelou product is not right for you or your dog, email support@pawdelou.com within 30 days of delivery. Include the order number and a short explanation.

How returns work

• Wait for return instructions before mailing an item.
• When a physical return is required for an approved return, Pawdelou provides the return instructions and covers the required return shipping.
• For some approved requests, we may issue a refund without requiring the product to be mailed back.
• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Financial institutions typically take 5–10 business days to post the credit after it is issued.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Email us within 30 days of delivery with a clear photo and the order number. After review, Pawdelou will provide replacement or refund instructions at no additional cost.

Bundles, sale prices and promotional gifts

• Sale items are refunded at the price actually paid.
• If part of a bundle is kept, an approved refund can be adjusted by the current individual price of the item kept.
• If a return causes an order to no longer qualify for the current free Paw Balm promotion, the unused Paw Balm must also be returned or its disclosed C$14.99 value may be deducted from the refund.
• Opened Paw Balm cannot be physically returned for hygiene reasons unless it arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.

Return address: do not send a return without authorization. When a return is required, the instructions will identify the correct Canadian return location.
