Products and fulfilment

Products must be used according to their instructions. Pawdelou products are not medical devices and do not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent medical conditions. Some products are fulfilled by third-party supplier and logistics partners and may arrive in separate parcels.

Prices, shipping and promotions

Prices, discounts, currency and shipping eligibility are shown before payment for the customer’s active market. Only offers displayed and applied at checkout are valid. The current automatic promotion provides a free Paw Balm when the qualifying second cleanup item is added to the order; it is subject to availability and the published return terms.

Orders

Pawdelou may cancel and refund an order that cannot be fulfilled, verified or delivered to the supplied address. Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate billing and delivery information.
